Online Application Starts: January 12, 2026
The Odisha Staff Selection Commission (OSSC) has released the detailed notification for the Combined Post Graduate Level (CPGL) Recruitment Examination 2025. The online registration link will become active on January 12, 2026.
Note: Do not confuse this with the OSSC CGL (Combined Graduate Level) recruitment for 1576 posts, which is currently active. The CPGL is specifically for Specialist Group-B Posts (Teacher Educators).

Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification:
- You must hold a Master’s Degree (Post Graduate) in the relevant subject with at least 50% marks.
- Professional qualification like M.Ed or B.Ed is mandatory for most Teacher Educator posts.
- Age Limit (as on 01.01.2025):
- Minimum: 21 Years.
- Maximum: 38 Years (Relaxation applies for SC/ST/SEBC/Women/PwD).
- Language: Must be able to read, write, and speak Odia.
How to Apply Online (Link Active from Jan 12)
- Visit Official Website: Go to ossc.gov.in.
- Click Apply Online: On the homepage, click on the “Apply Online” button.
- New User: If you have never applied for an OSSC post before, click “New User” to register.
- Registered User: If you have applied before (e.g., for CGL), use your existing credentials to log in.
- Select Post: Choose “Combined Post Graduate Level Recruitment Examination for Specialist Posts/Services-2025”.
- Fill Form: Enter your PG marks, upload photos/signatures, and submit.
- Fee: ₹500 (General/SEBC), Exempted for SC/ST/PwD/Women.
