ICSI CSEET Mock Test Announcement (January 2026)

Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) has announced that the Mock Test for the CSEET (Company Secretary Executive Entrance Test) January 2026 session will be conducted on January 7, 2026.

This mock test is mandatory for all registered candidates to familiarize themselves with the remote proctoring process before the actual exam.

Important Instructions

1. Mandatory Attendance: Appearing for the mock test is compulsory to ensure your system is compatible with the exam software.
2. Login Credentials: The User ID and Password for the mock test (and the main exam) have been communicated to candidates via Email and SMS.
3. Software Requirement: Candidates must download the Safe Exam Browser (SEB) Lite on their laptop or desktop. (Mobile/Tablet is NOT allowed).
4. Login Time: You are required to log in 30 minutes before the scheduled time.

Steps to Appear for the Mock Test

1. Download SEB: Visit the ICSI website and download the Safe Exam Browser (SEBLite) version relevant to your OS.
2. Check Email: Retrieve your Login ID and Password sent by ICSI.
3. Launch Test: Open the SEB software, enter your credentials, and start the test.
4. Hardware Check: The system will check your Microphone and Camera availability (both are mandatory).

What if you miss it?

• If you miss the mock test on Jan 7 due to technical reasons, ICSI may conduct a second mock test (usually the next day, Jan 8), but this is subject to official confirmation. It is strongly advised not to miss the scheduled slot.
