Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) is expected to release the Prelims Result for the Office Assistant (Multipurpose) exam (CRP RRB XIV) this week or by mid-January 2026.
Since the prelims were conducted in December 2025 (a shift from the usual calendar), the result is being declared in early 2026 to allow time for the Mains exam scheduled for February.

Why is the Result Delayed?
Typically, IBPS releases results within 20-25 days of the exam. Since the last exam shift was on December 14, 2025, the result is expected around January 7–12, 2026. The gap is necessary to process the large volume of candidates before the Mains on Feb 1.
How to Check Your Result (Once Active)
- Visit Official Website: Go to ibps.in.
- Click CRP RRBs: Select “CRP RRBs” on the left menu, then click on “Common Recruitment Process – Regional Rural Banks Phase XIV”.
- Select Result Link: Look for the link: “Click here to view your Result Status of Online Preliminary Examination for CRP-RRBs-XIV – Office Assistant (Multipurpose)”.
- Login: Enter your:
- Registration No / Roll No
- Password / DOB (DD-MM-YY)
- View Status: The screen will display your qualifying status (Selected/Not Selected) for the Mains. (Scorecards are usually released 1 week later).
Preparation for Mains (Feb 1)
If you are confident about your attempts (typically 68-75+ depending on the state), you should already be preparing for the Mains.
- Subjects: Reasoning, Numerical Ability, General Awareness, English/Hindi Language, Computer Knowledge.
- Current Affairs: Focus on September 2025 to January 2026.
