WBHRB Staff Nurse Result 2025 Declared (Basic & Post Basic B.Sc)

The West Bengal Health Recruitment Board (WBHRB) has officially released the result (merit list for interview) for the Staff Nurse Grade-II (Basic B.Sc & Post Basic B.Sc Nursing) recruitment 2025.

The result was declared on January 2, 2026. Candidates who appeared for the Computer Based Test (CBT) held on December 21, 2025, can now check if they have been shortlisted for the interview round.

Note regarding GNM: The status for GNM Staff Nurse candidates is different (see below).

Status for GNM Candidates

• GNM Stream: The result declared on Jan 2 is primarily for B.Sc Nursing candidates.
• Update: A notice regarding the Schedule for Computer Based Test (CBT) for Staff Nurse Grade-II (GNM) was released on December 29, 2025. GNM candidates should check the official notice board for their specific exam dates and admit card details.

How to Download the Merit List PDF

1. Visit Official Website: Go to hrb.wb.gov.in.
2. Go to “Result” or “Notice”: Look for the notification section on the homepage.
3. Click the Link: Find the link titled:
   • “List of candidates shortlisted for interview for Staff Nurse, Grade-II (Basic B.Sc. Nursing) on the basis of result of CBT held on 21.12.2025”
4. Search Your Roll No: The PDF contains the Registration/Roll Numbers of selected candidates. Use Ctrl+F to search for your number.
5. Save: Download the PDF for the interview process.

What Next?

• Interview: Shortlisted candidates will have to appear for an interview.
• Call Letter: The interview call letter will be available for download from the candidate login portal shortly (usually 5 days before the interview).
• Cut-Off: The official cut-off marks are usually released along with the final merit list after the interviews are conducted.
