MOIL Electrician and Other Posts Result 2025

Current Status: Awaited (Expected in January 2026)

The Manganese Ore (India) Limited (MOIL) has successfully conducted the Computer Based Test (CBT) for the posts of Electrician, Mine Foreman, Mine Mate, and others on December 20, 2025.

The official result and merit list have not been declared yet. Based on the exam schedule, the results are expected to be released in the first or second week of January 2026.

How to Check MOIL Result (Once Released)

1. Visit Official Website: Go to moil.nic.in.
2. Navigate to Recruitment: Click on the “Recruitment” tab on the main menu.
3. Find the Link: Look for the notification titled:
   • “Result / Shortlist for the post of Electrician, Mine Foreman, etc. (Advt. Oct 2025)”.
4. Download PDF: The result is usually published as a PDF containing the Roll Numbers of shortlisted candidates.
5. Search: Use Ctrl+F to find your Roll Number.

Selection Process & Cut-Off

• Written Test Weightage: The final selection is largely based on the marks obtained in the CBT.
• Trade Test: Shortlisted candidates (usually in a 1:3 or 1:5 ratio) will be called for a Trade Test / Skill Test, which is qualifying in nature.

If you are interested in Officer-level posts, MOIL has released a new notification today.

• Application Start: December 30, 2025 (Today).
• Last Date: January 20, 2026.
