Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has officially released the Tentative Annual Calendar of Examinations for the year 2026-27. The calendar provides the notification release dates and tentative exam months for major exams like CGL, CHSL, MTS, and GD Constable.

Important Highlights
- Shift in Cycle: Most major exams for the 2026 cycle (CGL, CHSL, JE) will have their notifications released in March and April 2026, with exams starting as early as May 2026.
- GD Constable Update: The notification for the next GD Constable cycle (labeled as 2027) will come out in September 2026, with the exam scheduled for early 2027.
- Current Ongoing Exams:
- SSC MTS 2025: Exam starts February 4, 2026.
- SSC GD 2026: Exam starts February 23, 2026.
